On-site consultation where we establish relationships and dive into the following:

Proposal of comprehensive design scheme and high-level solutions. The initial presentation includes:
mood board of encompassing design theme and concepts
layout options / solutions
a prepared rendering to highlight a defining component of the space
materials that provide initial inspiration

Once we’ve aligned with the design direction and space functionality, we take some time to dive into the details. We may meet a couple of times during this process to refine our layouts and collect information needed to create accurate schematics that will help finalize the design concept.

This is where we present you with detailed schematics, elevations, quotations and materials that clearly outline what will be executed upon your approval. We provide final construction documents and help source contractors to get the job done.

Your time is valuable. Design projects require a wide range of services, often including many components. Our role is to keep eyes on all of the moving parts. Depending on the scale of your project, we may be meeting with builders, vendors, installers and any other tradespeople required to complete the project on your behalf. This creates a simpler, more seamless process.
